Daniel In the Lions’ Den

Often when we read scripture, we relate ourselves to the people we read about. Sure, we can learn great lessons when we do that. We can discover great disciplines that draw us closer to God. But when Daniel faces a den of hungry lions, the story begins to sound very familiar. And if we dig just a little deeper, we’re reminded that it’s all about Jesus. It always has been and it always will be.
